Author Guidelines
Please read these guidelines carefully and prepare your manuscript using the journal template before submission.

1 General Information
  • The journal publishes original research articles in education and pedagogy.
  • Manuscripts must be written in clear academic English.
  • Manuscripts must not be under consideration by another journal.
  • The workflow consists of submission, screening, peer review, revision, and final publication.
2 Manuscript Submission
  • Submit manuscripts through the journal's official online system.
  • Register an account in the journal system before submitting.
  • Prepare the manuscript using the journal template.
  • Upload all required documents, including a plagiarism report if available.
  • Confirm that the manuscript is original and not submitted elsewhere.

3 Manuscript Structure and Formatting

The manuscript must strictly follow the journal template.

Title
  • Maximum 21 words.
  • Specific, reflecting the key variables or focus.
  • UPPERCASE, Times New Roman, size 12.
Author Information
  • Full names without academic titles.
  • Institutional affiliation and address.
  • Email of the corresponding author.
Abstract (Indonesian & English)
  • 150–200 words in a single paragraph.
  • Covers objective, method, results, and conclusion.
  • No citations, abbreviations, or references.
Keywords
  • 3–5 specific and relevant keywords.
Introduction
  • Background, relevant literature review, research gap and problem formulation, and research objectives.
  • Minimum 10 references, at least 70% from primary sources.
  • Preferably published within the last 10 years.
Method
  • Research design.
  • Participants or sample.
  • Data collection techniques.
  • Data analysis methods.
  • Hypothesis testing (for quantitative studies).
Results and Discussion
  • Findings presented based on data.
  • Analysis in line with the theoretical framework.
  • All tables and figures numbered and labelled.
  • Interpretation focused on answering the research questions.
Conclusion
  • Clearly answers the research objectives.
  • Based on the findings, not a repetition of the discussion.
Suggestions
  • Recommendations or implications.
  • May include practical or policy suggestions.
References
  • APA 7th edition style.
  • Use of a reference manager such as Mendeley is recommended.
  • Minimum 10 recent and relevant references.
4 Editorial and Review Process

Initial Screening
The editor checks scope, quality, and format.

Decision
The manuscript is accepted for review or rejected.

Peer Review
Double-blind review by qualified reviewers.

Reviewer Report
Reviewers provide a detailed evaluation and recommendations.

Revision
Authors revise the manuscript based on the feedback.

Re-review
If necessary, reviewers verify the revisions.

Final Decision
The editor accepts or rejects the manuscript.

Publication
Accepted articles are prepared and published in scheduled issues.
5 Publication Fee
  • Authors may be asked to confirm payment after initial acceptance.
  • Publication may be free of charge in certain cases.

6 Plagiarism Policy
  • All manuscripts are screened using plagiarism detection software.
  • Manuscripts with high similarity will be rejected or returned to the authors.
  • Authors are encouraged to check similarity independently before submission.
  • A plagiarism report showing similarity below 25% may be uploaded.
  • The final evaluation rests with the editors.
7 Ethical Considerations
  • Originality of the work.
  • Proper citation of sources.
  • No data fabrication or falsification.
  • Ethical approval for research involving human participants.
  • Disclosure of conflicts of interest.
8 Use of Generative AI (Gen-AI) Policy

The journal follows international standards for the responsible use of Generative AI tools, such as ChatGPT and Grammarly AI.

8.1 Acceptable Use ✓
  • Language improvement and grammar checking.
  • Structuring sentences for clarity.
  • Editing for readability.
8.2 Non-Acceptable Use ✗
  • Generating substantial portions of the manuscript without critical human oversight.
  • Producing data, analysis, or results.
  • Replacing original scholarly thinking and interpretation.
8.3 Disclosure Requirement
  • Disclose any Gen-AI use, typically in the acknowledgment section.
  • State the name of the tool and its purpose.
  • Example: “Generative AI tools were used for language editing purposes only.”
8.4 Authorship
  • AI tools cannot be listed as authors.
  • Authors remain fully responsible for the accuracy, integrity, and originality of the work.
8.5 Accountability
  • The journal may reject manuscripts in which AI use is undisclosed, inappropriate, or compromises academic integrity.
9 Final Remarks
  • Authors should follow all guidelines before submission.
  • Manuscripts that do not comply may be returned without review.
